Skin
In order to properly take care of our skin, we need to understand how it works. First of all, we should know that our skin consists of three basic layers:
SKIN - EPIDERMS
The surface of the skin is made up of skin and has the ability to self-renew. We call the skin of the face the skin. It slows down the condition of our body. The main components of the skin are cells, the so-called keratinocytes. They find are in the lowest layers of the skin and are very well hydrated. These skin layers have the ability to produce new keratinocytes, that's why they are called the germ layer. Cosmetic preparations labeled "revitalizing" or "anti-aging" contain substances that support division germ cells, thereby supporting skin regeneration. However, it is important that these substances reach the germ layer.
SUEDE - DERMA
Suede is the middle - the second a layer of skin. Whether the skin looks fresh and young depends on it. This layer is made up of protein fibers - elastin and collagen. They are responsible for the elasticity of our skin.
We take care of our skin differently at different ages. It is necessary to realize that our skin needs something different when we are 20 years old and something different when we are 50. It is also very good to know what type of skin we have. The skin can be oily, dry, mixed, problematic with a tendency to acne, sensitive. We should know our skin type and take care of it accordingly and use appropriate cosmetics. I liked the LARENS brand. And I am very happy that many of my clients are satisfied with her.
In general, skin care could be summarized in the following points:
exfoliation / peeling
hydration
It is ideal to create your own beauty rituals that will lead us to healthy and fresh skin. You can read how to do it in my the book Rejuvenate with facial yoga or I'll be happy to teach you on my facial yoga courses.
